Simeon is a UK writer, currently working as a social media marketing professional. He has been obsessed with stories for as long as he can remember, especially anything dark, romantic and magical.

His writing has appeared in Friday Flash Fiction, Black Petals Magazine, Blood Moon Rising Magazine, Nanoism and anthologies from Bag of Bones Press and Shacklebound Books.

 

He earned a degree in Biblical Studies from the University of Sheffield. Later, he earned a PGCE from the University of East Anglia.

During university, Simeon discovered he has dyslexia, something he views as a creative asset.

His writing influences include Susanna Clarke, Sir Terry Pratchett, Travis Baldree and Leigh Bardugo.

 

Simeon spends most of his free time with his wife, two children and their dog, Mina Barker.
